ARM processor / gaming issue

Main Post:

Hey everyone,

So I recently bought the new Surface Laptop 7th Edition for the sole purpose of playing one game.

After experiencing the game crash about once an hour, I reached out to the support team for the game and asked them to review the crash reports and see if they could determine the issue. After some time, this was their conclusion:

I assume that you are using a Surface Pro device with ARM architecture. At the moment Battleye and Tibia don't support the ARM architecture. This means the client will not run stable on a system with this architecture.

Now, I'm not computer savvy at all, I'm assuming there is nothing I can do to make this game compatible with the processor, but perhaps there is a work around?

Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question!

Thanks, Jason

Can’t run x64 games on Windows 11 ARM in Parallels

Main Post:

I know Windows ARM should be able to run x64 games through emulation. I’m on a M1 MacBook Air. When I try to install some games I get an error message saying my computer can’t run x64 programs. What am I doing wrong?

Edit: I bought Crossover and it now runs just fine.

Nothing, what is the game you are trying to play? Not everything will work in the virtual machine.

Running ARM-only Android games on x86 Linux PC

Main Post: Running ARM-only Android games on x86 Linux PC

Top Comment: ReDroid is an Android container runnning in docker, with GPU acceleration enabled. Use Scrspy to view the screen of Android and Sndcpy to forward audio. In comparison with Waydroid: Works on Nvidia GPU Supports libndk (ARM → x86 translator). So it could run more mobile games. Can be deployed on Windows and MacOS. Slower than Waydroid
